Shipping Information

We can accommodate any shipping requirements: Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Orders will typically be shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified by customer. We sometimes hold orders longer than 2 business days, to optimize popcorn freshness and prevent orders from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. Most orders are received within 2 to 4 business days upon shipment, and up to 7 days if located on either coast. Please see the shipping map in the FAQ section for more details. If your order is desired sooner, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout. Please note: our popcorn is bakery fresh, without the use of preservatives, and therefore perishable – optimal shelf life is 2-3 weeks. Chocolate can be subject to melting during warmer times of the year – we cannot guarantee against melting of our chocolate popcorn flavors. We suggest that you place the melty popcorn in room temperature and chocolate will re-harden. Taste will not be affected.

NOTE: Our website does not currently support shipping to APO/PO Boxes, addresses outside of the contiguous U.S., addresses in Canada, or any international address. If any of these services are desired, please contact us with these requests and we will do our best to help.

Shipping Damage

Prior to signing for, or opening your shipment, it is recommended that you check for any signs of damage to the box before opening and note any damage that exists. If there is obvious damage, please call the shipping company (UPS) as soon as possible to submit a damage report. If there is no damage to the box, but popcorn is damaged or you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us with details and we will assist you promptly.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or the service you have received, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
