Since 2008, Cornucopia Popcorn has been handcrafting gourmet popcorn in the heart of Texas. As a woman-owned business, we believe popcorn should be more than just a snack—it should bring people together and make every occasion more memorable.
Founded by University of Texas graduate Nadia Elhaj, Cornucopia was inspired by her travels and a desire to create something unexpected, joyful, and full of flavor. What started as a unique idea has grown into one of Austin's favorite gourmet snack destinations with a sampling room the size of Texas.

Our gourmet popcorn is handcrafted with premium ingredients; using real cane sugar & non-GMO corn & made in small batches to ensure exceptional freshness and flavor. We offer more than 40 sweet, savory & spicy popcorn flavors, from customer favorites like Dill Pickle and S'mores to classic Salted Caramel and Cheddar, plus delicious vegan and gluten-free popcorn options. From Corporate events & gifts, to weddings, to movie night with the family, we take care of all the details which lets you have an easy, fun and memorable time.

We ship nationwide so everyone can enjoy a little taste of Austin at their next Birthday Party or Christmas White Elephant gift. Austin has always celebrated local businesses, and we're honored to be part of that tradition. Our team of 15 passionate popcorn makers handcrafts every batch with care. Although we're small, we produce big results—popping more than 55,000 pounds of gourmet popcorn each year, creating thousands of gift tins, and proudly supporting nearly 100 nonprofit organizations annually. And in 2022, Cornucopia became a family-owned business when Nadia's brother, Mike, joined the team, continuing our commitment to exceptional customer service and artisan-quality popcorn.
