General

How long will my order stay fresh?

Our popcorn is made fresh to order without the use of artificial preservatives. Typically popcorn will stay fresh for about 2 weeks.

Candied and Chocolate flavors will offer a longer shelf life than our seasoned varieties.

If you are placing an order for a future event, you may select a pickup, ship out or delivery date at checkout! This is a great way to pre-order for the holidays!

To optimize how long your popcorn stays fresh, store in a cool and dry environment. Once opened, let the air out of the bag and seal tightly.

When ordering our chocolate coated popcorn, please note that the chocolate may melt during hotter summer months. If this is a concern, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping method at checkout.

What is the best way to order?

Use our website for fast and easy checkout and have popcorn shipped anywhere in the country, delivered to someone here in Austin, or made available for in-store pickup.

Prefer to talk to a real person? Call the shop at 512-477-2676 and talk to a helpful team member who can answer all of your questions and finalize your order over the phone.

Visiting Austin, TX or live nearby? Visit our shop to order popcorn to go, place a preorder in advance, visualize our gift options and sample our 30+ gourmet flavors. We’re located at 3211 Red River St.

If I want to pick up my order at the shop in Austin, TX-should I place my order ahead of time?

We recommend placing your order in advance. Our standard turnaround time is next day, however for larger orders please allow at least 2-3 days ahead. Please keep in mind that we get busy during holidays, so to ensure we have the quantity and flavors you are looking for, you may place a preorder via our website, by phone, or at our retail store.

Can I really help myself to samples galore in your store?

Absolutely! We encourage you to find your flavor at Cornucopia Popcorn. It’s why we’re here and love what we do! Visit our shop to sample over 30 flavors of gourmet popcorn. This place is so fun, it’s the reason why the Austin Chronicle named us Austin’s Best Sampling Room!

Did I hear that I can refill my popcorn tin for 50% OFF?

Yes! You heard right. Buy any sized Cornucopia Popcorn tin and refill it in-store for 50% off. This deal is available at our retail location only. To ensure we have the flavors you want, we suggest you call us at 512-477-2676 or contact us.

Does Cornucopia Popcorn accept donation requests?

Cornucopia Popcorn works directly with many non-profits and charitable organizations in and around the Austin community. Please contact us and tell us about your organization, charity and/or event. We recommend that you contact us with advance notice as our monthly donation quotas do fill up.

Are y’all a franchise?

We are an independent, locally owned company based in Austin TX.  If you are interested in consulting services, opening your own popcorn business, or have any further questions regarding expansion, please contact us.

Do you deliver in Austin?

Yes, we offer next day hand delivery within central Austin, unless otherwise specified at checkout. Fees and availability vary by Zip Code. Please note that there is a $50 minimum for all deliveries. If you are interested in same day delivery, we recommend a service such as Favor. There is no minimum for orders shipped via UPS. If you are located within Austin or surrounding cities, please call or contact us as UPS Ground may be available as a next day delivery option.

I am hosting an event. Do you offer special flavors and/or colors?

Absolutely, we like how you think! Let us help you create an unforgettable wedding, event, corporate gift or tailgate party. We offer custom flavors, custom colors, and custom toppings. Don’t forget the addition of custom packaging and logo labels.  Custom orders typically require extra lead time and an order minimum of 100 cups (equivalent to a Party Bag). Most custom orders are available at no extra charge, unless special ingredients are requested.  Please call the shop or contact us to talk further about your custom popcorn order.

Shipping

When will my order ship out?

Orders are typically processed and shipped out the next business day using the method selected at checkout. If your popcorn order is needed for a future date, your order will ship out on the date selected during the checkout process. Please note that UPS only picks up and delivers on weekdays. If faster processing is desired, please call us at 512-477-2676 or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

When will my order arrive?

Orders within Texas should arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders traveling outside of Texas typically arrive within 2-7 business days depending on location and shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that orders are processed and shipped next business day unless otherwise specified. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out next business day (Monday).

Yes, please use our calendar feature during checkout to select your desired ship out date.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box, APO, etc?

Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?

Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additional charges apply. Please call us at 512-477-2676 or contact us.

Does Cornucopia Popcorn ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Additional charges apply. Please call us at 512-477-2676 or contact us for more information.

*Note: orders are shipped via UPS. Duties, taxes and/or broker’s fees will apply and will be included in your UPS shipping costs.

 

 

Does Cornucopia Popcorn ship internationally?

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please call us at 512-477-2676 or contact us and we will get details from you on the state of the popcorn and shipping box. Please do not discard of the original packaging or product in the case that a claims process needs to be initiated.

Where can I find nutritional information on your popcorn?

Are your flavors All Natural?

We offer a variety of All Natural flavors free from artificial colors and flavors. Many of our flavors are also Gluten Free, Dairy Free and/or Vegan. To see a list of all Nutritional Information, please click here.

What if I have allergies?

Please visit our Nutrition Page to see each flavor’s ingredients and allergen notes. Please note that our popcorn is a made in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, gluten and dairy products. We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

Are your popcorn Kernels Non-GMO?

Yes, we only source certified Non-GMO kernels for our popcorn.
