Owner Nadia Elhaj started Cornucopia after graduating from the Univ. of Texas, and traveling throughout India.
When she came back, she wanted another adventure - to create something new & out of the box... can you guess what popped up?!
Cornucopia began in 2008 & has served the Austin community for 17 years. As a city, Austin loves local business and prides itself on supporting small & woman owned businesses!
Similarly, Cornucopia loves to bring a unique & fun product to people's lives: corp gifts, movie nights, birthdays, weddings, and parties.

From Dill Pickle to Smores Popcorn , we delight ourselves in having a flavor for every palette, including Vegan and Gluten Free flavors.

As a local business, small but mighty is our mantra.
Cornucopia prides itself on being a small but cohesive team of 15 people. Together, we achieve big goals of creating an artisan product and brightening people's day with a surprising twist on a classic snack.
While we might be a small team, we crank out some major popcorn!
We popped over 45,000 pounds of popcorn last year, sold 2,900 tins, and donated to 97 non-profit organizations in just 2024!
As of 2022, Cornucopia has become a family-owned business with Nadia's big brother, Mike, joining the Popcorn team.
From corporate popcorn gifts, to after school snack bags - Nadia, Mike and the Cornucopia Team love to share what we do best... handmade Gourmet Popcorn!
With a variety of bag options & tin sizes, Cornucopia is not only the perfect seasonal snack; we specialize in gifts, party favors, and special events!
